We would like to advise you that the Italian Legislative Decree 196, 30/06/2003 ("Code on the Subject of Personal Data Protection") provides for the safeguard of persons and other subjects in reference to the processing of personal data.
In compliance with the above-mentioned regulations, such processing shall conform to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, as well as protect your rights and confidentiality.
Under article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information:

1. All data furnished by you shall be treated for the following purposes:

  • in case you should subscribe for registration in the newsletter: periodical sending of informative material on products and events; in case of online purchase of products: discharge of contractual and regulatory obligations (in particular accounting and fiscal obligations) relating any such purchase operations; in case you should input personal details in the fields for subscription to the resellers’ list: appearance into the same on-line list; in case you provide personal details in the «customer care» questionnaire fields: data filing for internal statistical reasons.
2. The processing will be carried out according to the following procedures:
  • Automated.
    Your data will be stored in special files (customers, administration); access to them will be allowed only to the company operators especially appointed as persons in charge of data processing by the owner and by internal or external responsible persons (if any). The persons in charge will perform such operations as consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other suitable operations in compliance with the regulatory provisions, the code of ethics and the principles of good conduct in order to safeguard the confidentiality and security of data, as well as their accuracy, update and relevance with respect to the declared purposes.
3. Provision of data is voluntary, any refusal to provide such data might imply the non-performance of the above-described operations.

4. Your data will neither be disclosed to other subjects, excluding the internal or external responsible persons especially appointed for data processing, nor will be object of dissemination.

7. At all times you can exercise your rights in reference to the owner of data processing, under article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, that for your convenience is fully reproduced hereafter.

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal details and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal details that regard him/her, even if not yet registered, and the communication thereof in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain evidence of:
a. the origin of the personal details;
b. the purpose and manner of processing;
c. the logic applied in case of processing effected with the aid of electronic tools;
d. the identity details of the owner, manager and agent designated as set out in Art. 5 clause 2;
e. the subjects and categories to which the data may be communicated or who might come to know of it in the role of designated national representative, manager or person in charge.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. the update, correction or, when necessary, completion of data;
b. the cancellation, transformation to anonymity or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including that whose conservation is unnecessary in relation to the purpose for which the data was, or will be, subsequently processed;
c. the declaration that the operations set out in letters a) and b) above, also as regards their content, have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, excepting those cases in which this is impossible or would require a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the right being protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part, to:
a. the processing of personal data that regards him/her, for legitimate motives, even though pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
b. the processing of personal data that regards him/her for the purpose of sending publicity material or direct selling, for carrying out market research or sending commercial messages.
