If you don’t have any login credentials, please send us an email specifying ‘SMARTKEY: C3 CREDENTIAL LOGIN’ in the subject.
After the login, you can create a new support Incident or check your existing support Incidents.
In the ‘Support’ session, select ‘Request Support’ to create a new Incident or ‘Manage Existing Support Tickets’ to verify the status of your existing tickets. To open a new Incident, select the product category ‘HASP’ in case ‘SMARTKEY’ category is not present.
